  1. Complete the Exit Readiness Assessment

  2. Begin to review your present and future company organizational charts

  3. Complete the “Owner Centricity Report

  4. Review and complete the Cash Flow Normalization spreadsheet

  5. Create a 6-month roadmap – identify those changes we can implement in the initial 6-months

  6. Begin documenting written position descriptions – prioritize these written position descriptions per the future company organizational chart

  7. Build the foundation to monetize and transfer your construction company – in a step-by-step fashion
